The President plans to speak about health care reform Wednesday at St. Charles High School in his second trip to a suburban St. Louis high school within the last twelve months. Principal Mark Eggers said security teams began checking out St. Charles High Thursday afternoon to see whether it was suitable for Obama’s visit.
