Prosecutor Jack Banas said today he is dismissing a felony child endangerment charge against a Lake Saint Louis woman in the death of her 6-week old son. Alyssa Rae Potter, 41, of the 200 block of Hickory Wood Drive, had been accused of risking her son’s life last November when he suffocated in bed next to her while she was passed out drunk in the middle of the afternoon.
